Hi guys, From what i understand from Sinotel, is that they currently in advance talk in appointing a market maker, but cann't really say when, hopefully by this year. anyway, i believe all of us think that Sinotel has great growth potential and the shares are damn cheap. you all can check out Telestone (ticker: TSTC) listed in NASDAQ, it's a Chinese company doing the same things as Sinotel. Checkout the revenue nad net profits, compare it with Sinotel, and see what valuation the're trading at in NASDAQ, and you will see that Sinotel has great potential for is shares to run up, just to match the valuation. I think the issue is because Sinotel is an S-Chip and the stigma associated with S-chips are not doing them any favours. I personal take is that you will most likely a higher price in the next few months after the US market maker is appointed. I think Sinotel has to communicated to the market regarding the strategy and purpose of doing the ADR listing.
REMEMBER the Private Placement was executed just below S$0.510.
It is now at a key Fibonacci Retracement Support Level.
A good substitute for Fixed Deposit at this price.
The China 3G market is huge.

Becoz of the public holiday on Mon 21 Sept..contra due date delayed by 1 day ie today,maybe today or tomorrow can get cheaper <68.5cts,buy when dip,as downside is 60cts but upside may $1 or more over 2-6months

Sinotel Technologies Limited
ADR gets the heads-up from US S.E.C.
Maintain BUY call at fair value estimate of S$0.93.
The initial step to this ADR facility has been achieved i.e. approval of the ADR facility. The next step would be
establishing a market maker before US investors can start trading the ADR. We maintain our view that the completion
of the ADR facility from approval to initial US trades should serve as a significant catalyst and maintain our BUY call with target
price remaining at S$0.93. We will be monitoring the development of the ADR facility closely and issue updates as and when appropriate. |
