Mani: Shorting require cover within SAME day. For ppl with full time job how to see screen throughout? Shorting therefore are not suitable for some group of investors like me. Traders would be the preferred group to practise shorting strategy.

Most people will only think of buying, but not selling (shorting)... And the idea of selling is too remote from their minds...
Especially those who have unwaveing trust in good old 'fundamentals'...
ohh....come on..how many JOEs out there open CFDs ??!?!? in a volatile mkt like today at least till US Presidential elections...i think SHORT is the way to make $$$$ !!! hee...

good for u.... not good for me for a start tis yr.. so far.. short once.. for the kick of it.. manage to gain hundreds buck.. but those buy one..
