wow 0.018 already...
wow so many buying today.. they have to announce whether Haiyi holdings own 90% or more of total issued shares by today leh... I wonder what's taking them so long to announcezzzz..... the reason why it shoots up today must have a reason de leh ...

Haiyi holdings have 62% ++ shares of the company the rest of the 38% ++ shares are owned by other shareholders I presumed.. According to Companies Act, they can compulsory acquire shares if they own 90% or more of total issued shares...They said they have the intention to maintain the listing status of Singxpress leh...
So, if we do not sell our shares and if they fail to acquire the 90% of total shares we can still wait and see if the stock price will climb up and we recouped our loss??

If i do not accept the offer at 0.0118, i will just keep the stocks and see what happens in the future. That's all right?

because of property play.. despite being a small player, they be able to secure two contracts with " i forgot what way" to participate in the property demands in singapore... that's all...

I maybe wrong! Looks like BB accumulating end at 0.017. If it drop further then sh.t! Got to wait until 1 week before 21 December. I, no longer vested in this share! Going for holiday. Will be back next year then " look see look see" again. Looks like most of us have common interested. Also previously vested in Ausgroup but again sh.t! 2012 not a good year for me! Next year snake year, maybe worst!
