I believe this one won't go 0.001 cos the NAV is around 0.015, and now the business model seem promising, but if trade at 0.02 +- then I'll consider to jeep some..!!!

This one got to DYODD. Question i come in mind is, is the distress property that they bought worth it. Distress sometimes doesnt really mean cheap. I am sure why up to now it's still have vacant units. I dunno, i dun see any valuation report saying that the price they paid for is resonable or what. Perhaps someone who can really do a good research can help dig out more info.

Bought at last hike 0.026.after that it never touch 0.025. Barrier is 0.024.hope this time will reach there again at 0.026.then I will sell

Is this the right time to go in?
i thot today there is an opportunity to earn more but can see a lot of distribution at 2.4cts..each time once 2.4 is moped up, someone throws down . This happens again and again. Same thing was detected last week. So better run road.. if go down to 2.1, I go in again.
