Another good yield play will be Yellow Pages..price has corrected very sharply and its yield is very attractive too..little downside to the share price in my opinion..take note that IPO price was 1.66..price now is 1.04 and company is taking steps to address concerns and work towards improving earnings..:)

Another good buy in my own personal honest opinion..

NAV is roughly 96cents if i am not wrong not taking into acct the recent acquisition of tanquid. And they still have lots of spare cash facility to acquire new assets. And macquarie is well known to be aggressive in acquistions and improving shareholders value. I would like to say take the opportunity before it goes away. Have been steadily accumulating this stock the past month. Portfolio made up of mainly this baby..Have great faith in them..It wont be long before the stock will go up towards its fair value..has been downtrending for some time already..personally think its time will come soon..juz watch 4 it..:)

For FY06, MIIF forecast DPU is 3.95cts and 4.0cts (making total of 7.95cts) for periods ending 30 Jun and 31 Dec respectively. Co. reiterated this DPU forecast a few weeks ago during the recent market turbulance.

NAV as of 31Mar06 is 96cts...Today's closing is 87.5cts.....which is a discount to NAV..

Do the sums.

MIIF gives a return of 9.3% at 87 cents and its way undervalued..It presents good value compared to other reits. I used to own MMP reit and suntec reit. took profit after its yield went down due to price appreciation and went into MIIF. I think it offers excellent yield and it has tremendous potential for capital growth too. To me its more stable than S reits due to its infrastructure nature which are essentials compared to properties..

If you can catch hold of today's Biz Times, the highest S-Reit now is Alleco (7%  @ 0.83 cts); follow by MMP (6.7% @91 cts), Acendas & Suntec both are above 6% . Rest are below 6% -  by Merrill Lynch

Reits give you a stable return. Especially at today's bargain price .... Worth exploring ..........

In the last Q, I benefitted most from MMP Reit ........
