Lately so many counters delisting by owner or M& A but at least they are paying minority shareholder a good premium for their support or at least @ NTA.... Any comments from anyone?
Last week the stock attract significant attention.. Trade done 9.9cents and 10.2 cents... Who is buying? and for? Are the remaining shareholders giving to them at 10 cents? The stock NTA is worth much much more than 10 cents!
Wow, after 5 years they offer to take it private at 10%.
When will Hup Soon resume trading ? Will it resume at $1 ?
