Seroja Investments Limited announced that its subsidiaries PT Pulau Seroja Jaya and PT Pulau Seroja Jaya Pratama have secured a coal transportation contract with PT Kideco Jaya Agung to ship coal from the Kideco mines. The contract was signed on 13 June 2011.

My broker recommanded to buy Seroja with target price of $0.51.He had recommanded me to buy Tung Sing last week when it is at $0.37 with target price of $0.63. He seem to be quite good at his recommandation.
May be should buy Seroja now at $0.31 before it move higher. Be vest and good luck.

subject to the conversion of both PAP and SMP into foreign investment limited liability companies also known as Penanaman Modal Asing in
Indonesia to allow the Company to be a shareholder of these companies.

In fact, this has been doen to many of the counters, complaint just doesnt work.
sell as odd lot for the small investors or buy to top up to even out if able to do so.
The consolidation is very bad for those with less than 400K. It should give investors a chance to divest before the consolidation, Why no one complain? Just putting those small investor ding dong and do nothing.
