Scorpio East Holdings Ltd announced that Ho Ah Huat (the controlling shareholder, chief executive officer and executive director of the company), Lian Lee Lee (executive director of the company), Lian Poh Heng and Lian Poh Chey have entered into a share sale agreement with Telemedia Pacific Group Limited on 14 March 2011, to dispose their shareholdings in the company.Upon the disposal, Telemedia Pacific Group Limited shall become the single largest shareholder of the Company.
