hello oinkoink1999, i spent sometime today to study and come to a 'suggested price formula' . however this is just my opinion as i have never tried checking warrant before. if any other sifus have a solid formula to explain please share so that i can benefit from learning.
As this has Rights cum warrant, both exercising price of 0.09 and ratio is 1 warrant ride on one right. Thus the person owning one lot of rights cum warrant can convert them into two lots of mother shares.
Imagine now i am a person with no mother share, and i want to buy the nil-paid right from market , say just 1 lot, pay the price. later i must pay 0.09 to convert to one lot of mother shar, i have limited time and must do it by short deadline.
At the same time i have one lot of warrant allowing me to convert to one lot of mother within 3 year expiry. When i finally exercise, i also need to pay 0.09 to convert. But since 3 year is a long time, i must 'extrapolate' and predict that the company should become better in 3 year time. So i am willing to pay for a premium, unless the market is happy to give me a cheap discount because the market predict it is worst off for next 3 years.
So my cost for TWO lots is likely = 1 lot of nilpaid rights price + 0.09 (convert on lot to mother) + 0.09 ( convert one lot warrant to mother later)+ warrant premium.
Hence nilpaid right market price = 2x mother share price - 2x0.09
Check this on actual four days of tradings, take 13.5,13.5,13.5,13.0, simple average=13.38c
nilpaid right price by suggested formula = 2x13.38 - 2x0.09 +premium = 8.76c
compare the average closing price of nilpaid rights, 9.5,10,10,9.5, simple average =9.75
may be a 1cent to two cent premium people is willing to pay for 3 year warrant. Note first day some trade at 12cents
anyway this is just my thinking.. market is always right as it decide nilpaid right price and mother price and dont follow our formula and logic. it has his own logic.. haha.

the nil-paid rights price very strange..i thot mothershare = nil-paid + rights price So nil-paid should be = 0.145 - 0.09 = 0.055 but now nil-paid is trading at 0.115?? and mothershare not moving?? can anyone explain this.... |

i play safe and check my CDP again..and confirm its under "free" column...thanks Alligator~!
those vested can check their CDP just to be on the safe side..
Can I also confirm for this counter...
mothershare is not equal to nil-paid rights + rights unit price? (due to warrants)

letter is LAG. can be delayed by postman too. the best is still CDP online. once in your account, don't worry just trade..
be careful to read the 'FREE' column which means you can sell.
