Is SPC doing share buyback

SPC posted drop of 99% in profit.. due to lower margin and also decreasing oil prices.. which lead to drastic drop in price. In order to reason share buy back... the company must ensure that it can boost returns on equity. But due to competitive background and also slump in the economy.. it is best to reinvest the money in projects that will increase efficiency rather than share buy back as they face no immediate threat of take over.

 

Just wondering is SPC doing any share buyback since their results are out & sold ItalSing for $8 million, to support their ridiculous current grossly oversold unrealistic share price.
