Personally, I feel that this is a great counter with good balance sheet (net profit jump more than 200%).

With the recent proposal announcement of possible listing of TAT petroleum, ppl optimism have pushed it up to 48cts sometime in Aug, however, it started the roller coaster downward when they announce Right issue and SGX-ST prohibit the listing of the TAT Petroleum due to rule 210(6).....

Will vest once it touch 25cts....

 

In short: Different people subject to different vision, need, interest and expectation.
