Share price is far below < Sgd. 0.20 in the market. Is that any special reason that the said listed company is allowable to issue the right shares? How about S-chips < Sgd. 0.20, so far I do not see any right issue of the new shares for their corporate action in SGX capital market to combat illiquidity issue in the SGX market?
