It's indeed going to be delisted. Net profit for the half year ending 31 Oct plunged 71.5%.
I'm happy with the exit offer!! :)

Linmark restructuring has affected Roly's profitability. Linmark accounted for 70% of Roly's 1Q07 revenue. Earnings are epected to turn around only in 2HFY07.
Sales increased to US$111.50m from US$68.24m. However, net loss was US$0.337 vs profit US$1.06m. Avoid.
DBSV, which sparked calls of Roly being a hidden gem, has reduced its price target to $0.32.
APGFV bought the stake from Arisaig Partners' Arisaig Greater China Fund. So is this positive news? Maybe RI Investment stands for Roly International Investment.
Asia Pacific Growth Fund V (APGFV) bought 72,572m shares or 17.67% of Roly. Results not good, but maybe it there's good prospects for Roly.
APGFV, as the sole beneficial shareholder and sponsor of RI Investment, is deemed to have an interest in the shares held by RI Investment.
72m shares done at 35c! That is significant, the buyer must be seeing value in Roly that we couldn't see. Anyone have any advise? Currently trading at be 35c, can buy?

Ya, profit is way below expectation. Turnover up over 100% but profit did not. Will continue to monitor...
Roly's result is significantly weaker than expected. Avoid.
In fact, it incurred a loss of US$705 k for Q4, vs a net profit of US$912 k in the corresponding period last year.
Net profit contracted 7.0% to $11.4 m. Gross profit margin diluted to 24%, from 44% from the previous year due to lower gross profit margins of the newly acquired businesses compared to the traditional commission-based buying agency business. Operating expenses and net finance costs rose.
Result will be out soon, with all China shares recovering, Roly should benefit too!
