Dont write off this counter as yet.  It 's hay days maybe over but regret you will when the tide turns.  Chinese and Indians are ever so ambitious in their pursuit of higher or better education.  These nationals from both these economic giants will revive this cash cow, just be patient.  Collect while the price is affordable.  See it fly when the world economy takes off in under years time.

Well said. Although RE is not so LUCKY this year, hope that Chew Hua Seng, one of the WEALTHY person (Top 20 riches in Singapore) , can change the life of shareholders for the better.

Now you tell me...

how many Bill Gates or Warren Buffets are there?

What percentage of the world population do these people comprise of?...

And what about those extremely high IQ people who are not rich? .. Smiley

Low IQ people either become rich...

      or "pok!"...

           depending on their luck.

But the same goes for high IQ people too... Smiley

Warren Buffett also said these "wisdom words" as well.

"Success in investing doesn't correlate with I.Q. once you're above the level of 25.  Once you have ordinary intelligence, what you need is the temperament to control the urges that get other people into trouble in investing."

"If Calculus or Algebra were required to be a great investor, I'd have to go back to delivering newspapers."

"There seems to be some perverse human characteristic that likes to make easy things difficult."

This counter has hit as high as nearly 0.700 and now downs >60% at 0.265. Just wonder how much more it will drop before stabilise and rebound.

I will watch closely.

Correction is enough and about to bottom out and accelerated recovery growth is in process. It is worth buying and holding for next TWO years! As my best selective counter holding for two years.
