This Portek mgt already can't accept counter offer ? irrevotsible accepting the offer  to Mitsui ? I think game over for the phillippine taker?...but they profit some money (20 cents) for about  approx 17% shares they own now ?......

Maybe Mitsui can counter offer at  approx $1.60 which is what DMG calculated the price  for Portek.

After the surging recently , Portek pulled back in the intra-day trading today to reach 71 cents n bounced back to close at 75 cents . ADX is still rising at 33 while directional movement index are positively placed .RSI  is in over-bought position at 78 . Near term support is at 67 cents n upside target is at 83 cents

Hi Sir

This counter has announced another party interested in it share potentially 100% takeover... I think 3 corner fight will happen just like parkway parade last time.. waiting for good show .. and recommendation by CIMB ..in this takeover issue..

Breaking the resistance at 72.5 cents , Portek would go into a new uptrend to reach 83 cents

Portek did not go up to 83 cents recently   , it went up to 80 cents n made a top formation instead . Pulling back slowly with very low volume . Today it went down to fill the gap at 75 cents n even touched 73 cents at 10MA   . ADX is still rising at 44 while +DI n -DI are still positively placed . RSI is at 71 n is turning up . MACD is also positive , n so is Aroon indicator . It means the uptrend would resume after this pull back .
