seems like Polaris already bottomed at 21 ..... remaining stable, and guess may gradually creep up, and regain it's year high .....

any positive outlook for polaris ? why isn't the price matching the good news ?
just by looking at SingHaiyi, companies who are sincere about bringing themselves to new levels will not be lack of interests .....
hopefully Polaris will grow multi-folds in the near future
