w6m9hi..i tink u referring to the fact that penguin builds "boat" as compared to Yangjiqiang"s or Keppel's "Ships"..

Boat building is still some sort of ship building..its lucrative too since the "big shipyards" like Keppel who happen to be a SSH might not be interested in building small ships due to its higher capabilities..

Someone has to do it! N Penguin does! N its very profitable too!
