I feel now is the right time to go in. can see their annual report from SGX.
The last few year they are acquiring a lot of fishing company oon order to increase their fishing quota........
now is the time to see their profit return............

Good results yet price drop half a cent today. This gives dividend yield of 5.27% which is pretty decent.
Pacific Andes: Records Over 30% Increase In Revenue For FY2011.

Pacific Andes Resources Development Limited
announced its results for the full year ended 28 September 2011. During
the period under review, Group revenue rose 30.7% from HK$7,432.3
million to reach HK$9,715.9 million in FY2011. In tandem with the
revenue increase, gross profit rose 13.9% from HK$1,830.0 million to
HK$2,084.4 million. For FY2011, the Board of Directors has recommended a
first and final dividend of 1.08 Singapore cents per ordinary share
which is in line with the Group's practice to distribute one-third of
its profit...

It has the best Salmon in the market.
When the world goes topsy turvey this one will survive, may even thrive. Still a demand for fish, if not cod then maybe sardine and kembung.. people still buy fish..Quite safe in my own view.
Good luck!! I wouldn't touch this stock now until i see BB buying!
