This one is a generally low volume counter. From what I read from the charts, it will either remain stagnant or move slowly southwards.

The share appears to moving in a narrow range from a low of 0.66cts to a high of 0.7 cts. Is it consolidating before moving upwards.  Any advice aon this counter?
