Hi ! anyone have any further information as to their coming AGM proposing rates consolidations and rights issues ??
They jus announce a contract worth RM144 Mil to construct n run a 100 beds hospital in the Saudi.
ANY COMMENTS ON THIS ISSUE AND WAT WILL THE PRICE BE FROM FRI?

I am not sure why investors continue to ignore this gem. Based on the consolidation of 5 shares into 1, at current price of $0.13, PSC will trade at $0.65. With rights issue of 1 for every 2 at $0.33, we are talking about a gain of $0.16. So in fact after the ex-date assuming you are holding 100 lots, you can easily make a gain of $16K. Even if price drops to $0.1 before ex-date, you will still make a cool 7.5k!
Can share when is the ex-date..??

Share consolidation should be good. Should hold.
Anybody know its foundamemtal? (PE, EPS ect).
I had 50,000 shares and break even at $0.34.
Questions:
1) Should I wait for the consolidation? If yes, what will be the chance that I am able to get back my money?
2) Assuming that the consolidation is at $0.20, will the final price per share be at $1 (after the 5 >> 1)?
3) Any idea when the consolidation will occur (One or two months from 29/6)?
