Oxley Holdings buys prime residential land in Kuala Lumpur for $176 million
Oxley Holdings subsidiary, Oxley Rising, today agreed to acquire a land parcel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for RM446.7 million (S$175.9 million) from the executors of the estate of Leong Mai Leng.
The freehold site has an area of about 12,575 square metres.
It is currently occupied by six bungalows and located within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) area, which comprises prime plots of land and properties in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city.
Within close proximity are Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, Grand Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, and various luxury condominiums, such as Four Seasons Place, Dua Residency, Binjai Residency and The Troika, as well as a diverse array of amenities including shopping malls, upmarket restaurants, nightspots and international schools.

The Singapore Red Cross (SRC) Typhoon Haiyan Relief Appeal has received a boost in its efforts as Oxley Holdings pledges to match public donations dollar-for-dollar, up to S$1 million.
SINGAPORE: The Singapore Red Cross (SRC) has received a boost in its donation drive for the relief effort in the Philippines following the devastation caused by Typhoon Haiyan.
In a statement on Wednesday, SRC said Oxley Holdings has pledged to match public donations to the SRC Typhoon Haiyan Relief Appeal dollar-for-dollar, up to S$1 million.

Oxley Holdings Q1 net profit surges to S$250.8m
OXLEY Holdings Limited's net profit for the three months ended September hit a record S$250.8 million, compared with S$6.6 million a year ago.
Revenue soared to S$686 million from S$50 million a year ago.
As a result, earnings per share for the first quarter was 8.51 Singapore cents, compared with 0.25 Singapore cents a year ago.
Oxley has declared an interim one-tier tax exempt cash dividend of three cents per ordinary share

Just updated my blog, Oxley still riding strong on the momentum.
Up +15% so far, using a trailing stoploss to protect my profits.
Still has potential room to go.

Oxley Holdings (S$0.355) Buys another site in Phnom Penh
Oxley Holdings continues on its overseas expansion trail, this time buying another site in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, from three unrelated third parties for about US$11.26mil. Oxley said that it would be funding its share of the purchase price from internal resources and bank borrowings.

Fully agree with knightrider! Its a gold or diamond (whatever you may call it) mine yet to be uncovered fully. Current price is at a huge discount to RNAV, which is based on more than 20 projects that were successfuly SOLD already. Another 3 projects, namely, Midtown, KAP and the Flow @ Eastcoast launched recently and ALL well received. My target is S$0.50 by end of this year. If Oxley Bizhub TOP is obtained and materialised this year, then S$0.60 Huat ah!

short-term juicy one over a long time ago. the guys here were just cheering so that they could sell out at a higher price

Hi, I'm a small timer here, earning a little coffee money happy already. Must be very careful else all my profit coffee money will have to cough out. do not be afraid of the sellers. very soon they will be destoryed. It will move to the previous high of 40 cents and eventually go higher and higher. Lousy counter will go lower and lower but strong counter will go higher and higher and event highest.
