Might be there are few possibilities that exist.
One: Maybe having big profits to be announced soon.
Two: Sold off some vessels forfeited from cancelled orders thus disposing off idle inventories and realizing cash inflows.
Three: Might be there are some interests such as mergers or acquisitions coming their way.
Four: The books might have been starting to look good after last years rights issue.
Anything is possible! Hope something good happens. Wahahaha!

Assuming B4 XR (12.2 cts x 2 price + 0.080 cts)/3=$0.108 cts, new trading price may just trade in btw 0.105 to 0.115 cts. Otto Marine maybe different next day, if does - it goes back to 0.120 cts again.

The S'pore Exch Securities Trading Ltd Listing Manual” made on Oct 28, 2011(“Previous Announcement”).
Further to the Previous Announcement, the Co has received a notification from BusinessCompanion Investments Limited (“BCI”), a company wholly owned by our Chairman and Group CEO, Mr. Yaw Chee Siew, that it has entered into two share charge arrangements in respect of its shares in the Co.

otto marine is getting cheaper and cheaper... 10 cents and looks like going lower. must cut loss. sorry.
Thus it also means that the mother share of Otto Marine is also dirt cheap.

or u can sell ur rights in e market by e otto marine rights that u r seeing right now.

if u hold Otto marine shares, u will get rights issued by e company.
u can either go to e atm n subscribe for e rights issue at e price e company state.
or u can sell ur rights in e market by e otto marine rights that u r seeing right now.
if u do not hold otto marine shares n would like to buy. u can either buy otto marine shares or go n buy e otto marine rights(which is rights to buy the rights. confuse yet?) n den go to atm n subscribe to e rights.

On target expection, trading hang on @0.109, then to 0.108, B4 it finished @0.107 (after trading hours STOP).
