SGX Must Make New Rules

I suggest SGX make a new rules for panicky situation like this.... Those who want to sell must take Q number and only allow to sell 1 lot at a time. If they want to sell more... need to go back to the back of the Q....what you guys think?...lets have an orderly sell down today hehehe....
