Dont understand why it keep falling. I thought the price of flats in china keep rising and should be good for capmalls asia?
Well, CMA comes to Sgd. 1.00, that will be the bottom, huge dilution in share price is still in process!

CapitalMall Asia dropped to $1.48.... all time low.
CMT holding steady at 1.93- 2.00. but Capital Group is selling... may be that 's why it is steady at the moment??!!
