Agree, but it also depends on what penny stocks you buy and when you buy them.
Do your homework and make your own conclusion.
Only a fool buys on hear-say and get caught in a market sudden changes.

Besides data, the main thing is the sentiment. From now to CNY, most stock will rally and it takes turn. So see what is not move or move much with good base and with good news to come, price will shoot up. Sometimes, just a play
OOB , care to share on your rationale of the few counter being mention . like BRC , CM, Utden, YN and Oceanus.

The pennies are just playing catch up with the blues. It is just starting to climb and many have not even reached their IPO price so I think it is a good time to pick up pennies.
