Directly go to any of the DBS bank branch and open the CPF investment account. The form is very simple. At the branch itself you can get the form and fill it with in few minutes. (only few signatures and your CDP or NRIC number will do)

1) what are the forms that i need to fill up?i am currently using DBS vickers to trade.
