Charges for selling odd lots

why odd lots sell at lower price? If i use online trading acct, shldnt it be following the current price?

is using broker assist = calling the broker over the phone to sell for you (higher charge) ?

Need to call the broker. As you are trading in the odd lots market.. Only the broker have the terminal to see the odd lots buy sell volume and trade..
