Understand that with this new listing....properties in CapitaMall and CapitaRetail China would be transferred to this new entity. Question is:
1) Would this new listing have a BIGGER portfolio than CapitaMall and CapitaRetail China combined?
2) What happens to those who own CapitaMall or CapitaRetail China shares or both? Would they still retain the same number of shares they originally own?
3) Any kind of forcasted returns? So far CapitaMall or CapitaRetail China both give good dividends. Can this new entity do the same?
