if you have large pool of money and holding power - opportunity is there to make money......the question is why take profits -- why both institutions are liquidating ? Which sectors or companies will benefit if the money is reinvested ?

Singapore's largest sovereign wealth fund GIC halved its stake in Citigroup to below 5 percent, making a profit of $1.6 billion Vs someone lost some many billions.
