wow, uncle AK, your Cow Twist d Universe sound like 扭转乾坤
There had been a termination of investment bid by a China company based on a ridiculous share price of 2 cents that substantial shareholders objected, and if not mistaken, an EGM was supposedly to have been scheduled perhaps today to remove existing directors and also to appoint substantial shareholders into the board in a bid to defend the interest of shareholders.

AW 1H 09 losses deepened. It has a neg working cap of Rmb 201m, as at 30 Jun 09. By now, big wok?
In Aug ds yr, it obtained a syndicate loan of Rmb 158m fr various banks. Seems like $ is not enough, worsen if bleeding non stop since end Jun 09.
AK guesses, it need further fund to so-called "Cow Twist d Universe", meaning control n bring back biz on track loh.
