Well said. MM Lee once said that there will always be opposing views, and in that respect, we will have opposition forever.

 

I totally agree with you cheongwee. We should all be responsible in our postings and comments in an open discussion forum.

I think it works both ways. Before one makes postings, one should be humble and open for other people to comment on his postings (whether the comments are justified or unjustified). Before one comments on other people's postings, he should be responsible to know that he is commenting on the posting helping to bring another perspective to the original post, and not to disgrace or shoot down the person.    

Thus, I think anyone should be free to post, and also comment on other people's postings. One learns more when the discussion is tough going and not held back. If one embraces the attitude that the purpose of postings and comments are to help others and not to display personal ego and agenda, then one will do so discreetly only wanting to help graciously and not to tear apart others aggressively.

because it is an open fourm, many ppl are reading, and those who got lobang want to contribute and share also hold back, because he thk he might get critiscise and "lose " face...so we all miss $$$ opportunity because he did not post and share..

posting....true or bluff or what rumour pls post generously.....dont hold back..the greatest driver in the market are rumour...nothing can move stock more powerfully than these...so all your posting are money generator to all here..i say thank to you...sincerely.

Dont worry that your post will cause us to lose money...we are all adult and sensible and know how to decide for ourselve and do DYODD.

if you thk one member is wrong .pls message him privately, where he got wrong...always good practise...i believe u want him to message u privately also...so no lose face..

i am not playing the role of UN peacekeeping ,nor am i a holy man,( personnally ever commited such a ridiculous thing  myself, commenting on other causing hurt unnescessary)  but i hope this thread end all future openly commenting on other post causing hurt...and preventing other from posting and sharing $$$ making post and lobang...

the purpose of this fourm is to share your delicious $ making ideas and lobangs....pls post generously....so we can all haut ahhhhhhhhh...together...
