Sorry. Wrong spelling. Mr. Oei is the man who would give $40 to 50K a week.  If I read correctly, he wanted to give $1 billion to charity.

Mr Oei prove one thing... U look at the forex trading forum.. About technical and charting to profit and quit day job... Ahem...... For some who got 20 years of dabble in forex derivative will still get burn... All it takes it just one little mistake.... (I am sure he got the best people dealing with forex to assist him whether his protege or citi private banker) Can still get hit...

the fact that he paid up the losses says something about it. i find incredible that he is totally blameless in this.
