Cost of Living

I think food and healthcare industry is generally recession proof because these are daily necessities.  

 

Are we in recession ? Food prices do not show. Rice has gone up about a $ for every 5 kg (approx 10%), Pork has gone up a $ (approx 8%) Fish has gone up a $ for every $5 (about 20%). Only vege shows up and down, the others show only uptrend !
