Oh....that is good to hear. Company like CHRT have very good chance to get delist, a unwanted child, hardly make any money since 1999.  And now is so much cheaper, imagine if you buy at 1.05 and the delist offer is 40cts. Pain...

Probably, the predator will wait for more losses to report and offer at even low price for one of the world most advanced fab house.

Nope, not starting with an A.

Its only speculation now.

BTW, is your stock that start with A .....Auto something ?? If yes, saw there report before delist.....they can't even afford a HDB shop to do business.....

Not many companies get delisted these day but watchout, crook management with deep pocket may try to delist their company at a fractions of their NTA. Heard from the UIC story that takeover price will the highest price for the last 6 months ....is this true ?

Delisting and merger for 2009 is a good year. As most stock are trading at 50%- 60% or some even 80% ++ to their Book Value or NTA. After 1 or 2 round of devaluation.

Insider will know which are good for merger and delisting barely 1month to 2009

Eg

Hiap Moh delist offer , Spchem delist offer, SATS takeover SFI, Mr Wee takeover UIC offer. Pilzer takeover Wyeth .. More to come any business man will know this is a good time to be in equities..

Except for some stupid analyst and man on the street suffering from the paralysis by the downturn...If you got access to bank accounts, you will be surprise to see the tons of cash sitting waiting for???

If the company become delisted, your investment is as good as gone or finished or something like that.

Valuation become very difficult, money can easily be sipoh off......unless you own 10~20% of the company try not to keep the share thinking you can sell of on a private deal or wait for relist. You will have zero visiblity of what they are doing.

That why SGX always have a BOLD wording on the delist date......after that take care.

Gong Xi Fa Cai...!!!!
