For blue chips, I would wait first
8.13 is not a bad buy as average price shld be around 8.3 after rights issues. Can make.
Nimbled dbs 1 lot at 8.13 yesterday. Now eyeing on City Dev 4 lots at below 5.90 tomorrow if Dow Jones dropped again. tonight. Good time to collect blue chip now before impending recovery.
