Cheap thrill ones, Chartered Semicon. If u caught it lately, then today sell in strgth, pre-celebration for CNY liao. Shorting this burger when it reaches high today, u decide liao.

Though TSMC n UMC, both interested on taking over this burger, with buying px of 30 cts, but dun be too overwhelming on the final decision made, likely after market closes today. If there is no deal, then happen u buy high, u may not be spared next Mon. Just be careful loh.

Because penny stocks can get one very emotional and excited. One tends to forget all the trading rules when in it,esp after making some rounds... Sound familiar?? Like in Genting ...LOL (just a joke).

Be careful with pennies... stick to blue chips. Just an advice.

Share a tip. For some stocks you can know where is the resisatance level from chart. Let's say it is 80c. You can try to queue to sell during market run up at say 1c lower at 79c. If it hit 79c and then go lower, well that would be good. If it you sell at 79c and then it go above 79c, you buy always back at higher price. Watch carefully that in bear marekt breaking past resistance sometomes does not really mean good buy. Many times, after breaking past resistance, the price corrects. This has happened a few times to many counters. Go and observe carefully.

iPunter, do you mean the stage 1 consolidation phase?

Any advise when looking out for this pattern, what are the volumn level to look for, cos lots of counter are pretty much not moving in price... so think the only tell tale sign is the volumn right? correct if i'm wrong. Any expert advise please

This is because of buying when the stock has started to move up...

One should have bought before the stock starts to move up..
ie. watch for a 'floor' accumulation pattern...   Smiley

It is good to check through the charts (painstakingly!) and spot the counters which have been

under accumulation, ie with narrow lateral price trading for some time.

These will most likely be ramped up soon enough... Smiley
