We must know that any beast including the timid sgx, must release some bowels after a great feast.  So DOW and many global beasts have eaten their full and when they shake out abit from within their bodies, no harm done.

Nowadays, I personally feel that STI is more closely link to HSI rather than DOW. Smiley

bear in mind...SG mkt/economy is more close knitted with US economy...so any simulating policies there will of course give a "DIRECT" +ve effect here.....HSI/SHangHai all these more close related to mainland economies mah....so less +ve effect....haha :P

STI eaten about the same share what Nikkei taken yesterday. HSI overeat yesterday, today pungsai a bit to ease the stomach loh.

If Obamah euphoria can still drive DJ tonite, then STI can swallow a bit more tomoro. And AK guess the bear rally could extend a bit longer loh.

Cheers.

Granted what you said about HSI & Shanghai.  They have to digest the rally yesterday. Profit taking must come in to alleviate overhang/risks. Our stk mart was fasting yesterday, did not eat so today must eat lah.  We are conversative market Singapore.

HSI and Shanghai now negative.

This rally is based on sentiment and may not last. Tommorow sure red again.
