News - just read for fun/awareness. NOT gospel truth.

STI - must break above 2829 and close above that on high vol; better still if ALL other Asian markets rally. Now in consolidation. But I see a potential bottoming/breakout. Should be within next week. Could be earlier, but riskier to call it a bottom now.

I trust TA more than FA. I want to trade where the BBs put their money at, not what the news says.

When news of Bear Stearns collapse came out in Mar 08, it ended up in a bottoming and subsequent rally instead.

I think analysts have KPI to fulfill as well. ha.ha.For those working will know what is KPI, so many nowadays, crazy. Sometimes, people do for the sake of KPI. Very hard to believe nowadays. Different people say diff things.

PM : Oh dear, our economic growth slows down.

Analyst: Then we must sell our stocks.

MM : We have buffer against outside economic woes.

Another analyst: In that case I think Singapore stocks can invest..

Another analyst:  You can see more bottoms up.

Test..test..test

A few months back, the newspaper headlines and feature articles reported restaurants are booming with full house customers and it's so difficult to get a seat...

That was exactly when the stock market began falling... slowly falling... until now.

Thus, the best time to buy into the stock market is when the newspaper headlines report that restaurants have no customers. Smiley
