Hello all, just wondering how come poems have a dividend charge ? how does it administer this ? thought it is between CDP and your bank account linked to CDP.

i remember the commotion last time when POEMS was down...ppl were hopping mad around and blasting them...so far ever since their last technical glitch...never encounter any problems already...hopefully they really did upgrade their system...
recently iOCBC new platform causing frustrating problems for their clients...and this morning i just called Lim & Tan...they also having problems..now can't see "Time & Sales" even
