Hello, the below is just some investing ideas that I am contemplating and in the process of carrying out. Pls advise if you have other ideas.
China new town broke resistance although closing barely higher than it has been for the past month.
Broke lower bollinger band once already, uptrend ahead.
Support at 20 cents.
Resistance at 21.5 cents.
My call: Buy before further up trend. Cut loss once it closes below 19.5 cents.
Chasen Holdings.
Speculative trade idea.
Trading range between half a cent and 1 cent. Not much volume in the past 2 months.
Earnings announcement soon next week, and any fantastic news into it's lottery venture will yield a sharp rise.
Been observing recent bigger than normal purchases(I label any trade in the millions of share exchanged as bigger than normal) at 1 cent price. This is as opposed to the few hundred thousand shares exchanged at half cent trades.
Chasen has holdings in the medical industry, is largely involved in the niche area of logistics, and recently venturing into lottery business.
Even if short term trade does not get a boost, I will expect it to be a good stock to hold for the future.
Also, it recently received a large sum of fresh funds, which use will probably be announced together with the earnings report scheduled next week.
China Oil Field:
With oil in the spotlight for 2008, how can we leave out an oil play?
With fresh historical highs touched recently, expect oil stocks to surge in the weeks to come.
300 a barrel has even been touted as a possibility in 5 years time.
Keep and hold if possible, if not, enter at current low price of 41 cents and exit at 50 cents.
I am vested in all these, so don't take my word for it totally.
