The real problem is that most stock market dabblers (ie. the average player) treat the stock marketas a way to make quick money.

This is not to say that it is the wrong approach. But rather, it is better to treat the stock market as a place to learn about the meaning of life, particularly with regard to the practise of taking risks.


One must always bear in mind when one buys a stock, one is not really buying a part of a company,
but more accurately, one is buying a risk. This being the case, a continued vigilance to the risk situation  should always be practised.

But unfortunately, the majority of players are only interested in making money fast, this being their predominant motivation, to the unconscious exclusion of other more important aspects of the game.
Thus, any reference to 'education' is unwelcome and despised.... Smiley
