gosh....i always hv the impression that by "donating" to Sp Pools..i m helping those needies...damn...didnt aware of this HIGH overhead admin..etc cost of Sp Pools "donations".....ok...chk Wed 4D result..if 2301 open on various combination or not hor...hee ?!!?

Ask you to donate to charity you go and spend on 4D. Even if you dont strike, your $100 wont go directly to those in need. By the time pay for admin/management etc... dont know how much left?
Just give out some money ($10 , $20 whatever ) when you see those old old ladies/uncle collecting tin cans and newspapers (like in Chinatown area, Bukit Merah etc..) At least you make someone's day - $10 a lot to them. You throw $100 on 4D.
Not all beggars are really poor and not all tissue seller are needy. But you can bet that if someone is willing to dig into dustbins etc.. to collect tin cans etc.. they really need the money.
Ok - if you strike means you got to give more to someone who really needs it (and not to Singapore Pools).
