how come sgx never take action against poems for such poor service.
i tot all broking firms are answerable to sgx for their performance.
if u need contra and also want the features as mentioned by me earlier, u can get protrader from poems for a fee everymonth.
i hate it when the local brokers rather dun provide the new STI becoz of the fees issue and jepodize their clients. even saxo is providing the new STI data
open no need $ but to trade. SAxo dun allow contra.
Can someone confirm if opening an account with Saxo need to have initial deposit? Thx

Join me, Mass switch to saxo. take this opportunity to use the better and newer system also as they have smaller clients, u will be sure they wont have problem of logging in due to mass flood log in.
in today's market we are talking about quality...and we are dealing with stocks and shares...definitely reflecting extremely bad on POEMS...i officially switch off and give up on POEMS...someone shld write to the FORUM PAGE of the Straits Times newspapers...when u tell them off and let the nation know about this grave problems they have CONSTANTLY...it's time to buck up on their IT...seriously hate this happening time and time again
Eh this type of problem cannot be helped one, even if u have 2 a/c , if u contra u also cannot sell with other firms.
only way is to call the broker, but doubt he can do anything also. It also happened to a few other firms before also, in fact platform wise I think poems is one of thebest in SG
What a time to have a technical glitch...? Prevent many from shorting those counters? Those short can't cover back in time...sure can't sleep or eat properly for the next few days...
think gotta find alternative trading account with other firms... this kinda SHIT technical fault is damn frustrating... better say goodbye to POEMS...

That's why I have two different broker accounts, just in case.
call the actual dealer also no use... they see blank screens in the POEMS office.
Those cannot make it to sell or buy.....can call your internet dealer or broker to help...
This is a clear sign for me to quit from Poems for good
10 Mins left....I suspect POEMS will crash again if it recover on the last 5 mins as will have too many buy and sell.........
