Kepcorp, Kepland and Capitalland still down leh... px still has not settle down yet, look likely is down abit for them, the IR bid failure companies.

do agree with mama. genting is more a resort family lifestyle developer/owner + with the value-added of the their cruises plying this regional sector; can bring more tourists.... benefitting spore!!!   

 

good neighbour mah, how can let malaysian go home empty handed, also finance is not top criteria at sentosa... can read in between lines liao..

CapLand and KepLand up today?

 

I think best time to buy keppel land or capitaland is to buy after the sentosa deal is announced. not before.. because, anyone's guess is just as good who will win sentosa.

 

Your expecting px is coming soon, today some cusion from big boys. I doublt the big boys can even tahan another drop like that, jus hope tonite DOW can give some relief, if not every1 big or small oso mati liao.

 

Capitaland and Keppel Land didn't fall that bad... I was expecting much worse. Maybe even 50-70 cent drops

 

genting will get Sentosa ? small bidder get small casino ?

 

It opened jus within my expected px, down with 0.40-0.60cts, now stablizing at about -ve 0.34cts for both capland and Kepland.

 

Its going to be an interesting day for these companies today. I wish all their shareholders luck today.

 

Currently, CityDev, Capland, keppel land are experiencing correction. And some weakness of existing uptrend is observed. It is still too early to draw a conclusion of current uptrend, it pays to be careful when consider buying.

There might be some selling of Capland of kepland. However, reward for short selling them is not so attractive comparing to the risk involved. :)

The results of Sentosa IR bidding will only be known in Aug. So the stock prices will only start moving up closer to the date. Caplitaland, Keppeland and Genting will all fall. As Keppeland went up the most on Fri, it'll fall back the most on Mon. Citydev will rise.

 

Just wondering and hoping...

Looking forward to the Sentosa IR bidding,  can it have a positive effect on Capitand, Kepland and Genting?  Will history repeat itself?

 

Monday is confirm a winner for all shortise into Capland, Kepland and Genting, may go below px i mention b4 short been cover back, the run up to d IR results is 100% purely speculative in nature. Either head U win or tail i lose, To shortise, this is a pure winner, contra players-loser.

 

I think the fall will be quite sharp. This is because on Friday, the market was up rather sharpy, so I would expect Monday to be a down day.

So for Capitaland and Kepland, the fact that they didn't get the bid PLUS the negative general market sentiment, I think they would fall quite a bit.

Anyway, we'll see how tommorow lah...

 

Very difficult leh how huh..??. 0.50-0.60 for Capland and 0.40-0.50 for Kepland. Genting -ve 0.002-0.003cts . CDL up by at least 10-20cts lohh. Just my gut feeling oni hohh..
