Should believe the -ve 300 is short term as opportunist attempting to profit on bad news. In fact the quarter point fed rate cut should not be considered bad news because, a rate cut is afterall still implemented to help the economic situation. Thus I should say the positive impact should take a bit longer time to be felt.
