BT transparency list

Do you guys care about the corporate transparency index published in the BT. Why are soundly recommended shares have such poor ranking, eg:

CourageMarine which was said to be a cash rich and high yielding co. a few weeks ago, is on the 295 rank?

Hong leong finance, claimed to be not being affected by CDO and high div. give out, is on 331 ranking?

Pine agritech 304, yanlord 309, Noble grp 214 (which was awarded by Fordes)guocoland 330.

I understand that is the numbers of contexts they declared. But does it mean that their reports are not reliable.
