Changing of Volume when in Queue

I am using poems. Changing volume only allows u to adjust downwards and not upwards. Hence I think it doesn't affect your queue. As logically speaking, it's fair to those queuing behind you unlike if they allow u to adjust upwards, then it's not fair.

 

Does anyone know that if I were to amend my sell/buy order quantity, am I still in the same queue position before I made the amendment, or my queue will be resetted to the back of the queue?
