Today Biz Times reported BCA, Canadian research who always predicted correctly, said the fed will surely cut rates and that once rates are cut, reflation trades will return. The bull market remains intact, if volatile. However, it also noted that the resulting rally will be the last phase of the long running bull market and recommended investors keep a core position in bonds as insurance.
