Best place to buy bonds

Fundsupermart has both government and private bonds. Also their 'fees' are lower.

Was hunting around where to buy bonds

Went to DBS, was not too helpful, and as usaul recommended me some other funds instead

Went to HSBC, told me they don't sell bonds (but its on their website!), and again recommended me some other funds

All I want are some good old fashion local high grade (AAA or AA) bonds or securities! Can some one advise me!
