Bonus share question

For stock split (1 for 1), the price will be divided by 2.

Let say Company A is going to issue bonus share (1 for 1) and the share price is $10,

Q1: Will there be an impact on the share price?

Q2: If so, what is the difference between stock split and bonus share?

Q3: Is bonus share a good thing for the investor?
